Terms of Service

The service

EZShot is a Hebrew-first AI content studio. You chat with an AI assistant ("Yami") that writes scripts and posts for your business, and EZShot can generate talking-head and animated videos, posters and captions, and gives you a video editor. We are adding optional scheduling and posting to social networks.

AI results can be wrong or surprising. You are responsible for checking everything before you publish it.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Please give accurate business details. If you use EZShot for a company, you confirm you can act for it.

Credits

EZShot works with credits. Each video, post or other item shows its price in credits before you approve it.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

• Monthly plan credits roll over for one month at most: unused credits from a month carry into the next month only, and then expire.
• Top-up pack credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
• If a render fails for a technical reason, the credits for it are refunded automatically.
• One redo is included in the price of a generated video. Further redos cost credits, and the price is shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Paddle) [to be confirmed]. Prices are shown before you pay.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you can keep using the plan until then. We do not refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

When you use EZShot, you agree not to:

• use another person's face, voice or likeness without that person's consent, or upload a face or voice you have no right to use;
• impersonate any person or business;
• create fake reviews or testimonials, or present an AI presenter as a real customer (the US FTC rule on fake reviews, 16 CFR Part 465, bans these in advertising);
• create content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing, or any sexual content involving minors;
• make misleading health or financial claims, or promise results you cannot support;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security or limits of the service, or resell it without our permission.

Face and voice likeness

When you add your face or voice, you confirm that it is yours or that you have the person's permission, and you give us permission to use it only to make content for you. You can remove it at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Voice clones are deleted when you remove them or delete your account.

Your content and ownership

You own what you upload. To the extent the law allows, you also own the content generated for you. You give us a licence to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Generated music is licensed for use in the video it was made for. Check the rules of each platform before reusing a track elsewhere.

Because similar prompts can give similar results, we cannot promise that content generated for you is unique, or that it can be registered for copyright in your country.

Labelling AI-generated content

Many platforms and laws expect AI-generated media to be labelled. When you post a video or image made with EZShot, switch on the platform's "AI-generated" label (TikTok and Instagram both have one). You are responsible for following each platform's rules.

Social networks and other services

Posting to social networks will be offered through a partner (bundle.social). If you connect your accounts, you also agree to the rules of each network. We are not responsible for what a network does with your account or your posts.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used to cheat the service. You can close your account at any time (see the Data deletion page).

Disclaimers

EZShot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any content will meet your needs or get you any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, EZShot AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using EZShot after that, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA [to be confirmed with the final choice of company and jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have authority over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
