Cancel a plan in the app

Sign in, then:

1. Open the menu (the EZShot button at the top), choose Plan & credits, then Plans & credit packs.
2. In the Your plan card, press Cancel plan.
3. Check the date your plan ends, then press Cancel plan again to confirm.
4. Changed your mind? Press Resume plan any time before that date.

What happens when you cancel

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that it does not renew, and you are not charged again.

Credits already in your balance stay usable until they expire, as described in the Terms. Refunds are covered in the Terms too.

If you cancel a yearly plan, we refund the whole months of the plan that you have not used, in proportion to what you paid. The month you are in is not refunded, and we charge no fee for the refund.

The Manage subscription page, run by Stripe, is only for updating your card and billing details and seeing your invoices; it cannot cancel or change a plan.

For customers in California

EZShot, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that serves businesses worldwide. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel it yourself in the app at any time (see above), and you are not charged again after the period you already paid for. Your local consumer rights apply in addition to this page.
