Data Deletion

You can delete your EZShot account and all your data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
Delete in the app
The fastest way is inside EZShot:
- Sign in and tap the EZShot wordmark at the top to open the Info Center.
- Choose "Delete my account and data" and confirm.
Delete by email
If you cannot sign in, write from the email address of your account to support@ezshotai.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 7 days.
What happens next: the 30-day grace period
Deletion is a soft delete with a 30-day grace period. Your account is locked immediately and scheduled for deletion.
During the 30 days you can change your mind: sign in and choose "Cancel deletion". After 30 days we permanently delete your data and it cannot be recovered.
What we delete
After the grace period we permanently delete all of the following:
- your photos, videos and voice recordings, and any voice clone made from your voice;
- the content EZShot generated for you (videos, posters, posts, captions and scripts);
- your business details, brand colours and logo;
- your chats with Yami;
- your scheduled posts;
- your editor projects and exports.
What we keep
Payment and credit records are kept in anonymised form, so they can no longer be linked to you, because accounting and tax law require us to keep them.
Backups are overwritten within 30 more days after the deletion.

Meta and TikTok users
If you connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or TikTok account, or EZShot received data through those platforms, this page applies to that data too. Use either method above, and we delete it together with the rest of your data.
